Green Code Jump On Cards
The jump on card bundles have been created to support work in the area of phonemic awareness in a fun and enticing manner.
It has been created as another set of tools to be used in the process of teaching the Create Skills For Life approach. It is part of this phonics approach in which information from our senses synthesised enabling students to process it for reading.
There are four bundles of jump on cards available. One for each code level. Each bundle consists of instructions, picture cards for jumping on and the code cards to use as visual prompts. The cards are placed out on the floor, use the phonemes from the words in the pictures as your inspiration. The student then steps on or jumps on the word they believe is the answer. Have lots of fun.
The resources are easy to print and laminate. They can be reused many times, they are practical and hands on resources that mutli-sensory in their approach to the development of spelling and reading skills.
